I recommend Bob Hoaglin of Signature Radon Solutions for installing radon mitigation systems.

His prices are very competitive. For our house, he submitted two proposals—one for an interior installation (more expensive) and one for an exterior installation (less expensive). His interior price was less than the competitor’s exterior price.

He was friendly, prompt, honest, satisfactorily answered all of my questions, completed the job quickly, and did not leave a mess.

He made sure that all of the EPA requirements were met. After installing the system, he measured the radon level and it went down to 0.9 pCi/L, well below the EPA threshold of 4 pCi/L. An independent test done a few days later showed an even lower 0.7 pCi/L.
